To keep the apartment in top condition and maintain a good relationship with our neighbors, we kindly ask you to respect the following house rules.

Rest & Stay

• The apartment accommodates a maximum of 5 guests;
• Parties, smoking, and pets are strictly prohibited.
• Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Please be mindful of noise levels in the hallways and on the terrace.
• Daytime visitors are welcome, provided they respect the peace and quiet.

Safety & Environment

• For your safety, smoke detectors are installed in every bedroom and in the entrance hall. A fire extinguisher is also located in the entrance hall. The evacuation plan can be found in the kitchen, next to the glass door.
• Please be cautious with real candles; we recommend using the LED candles we have provided for you instead.
• Please remember to turn off lights and appliances when leaving the apartment.

Damages

• Accidents happen. Did something break? Please report it to us immediately. We greatly appreciate honesty and usually do not charge for small, reported damages (such as broken crockery).

Sand

• Please rinse or shake off any beach sand before entering the apartment or using the shower to prevent clogged drains.

General

• Children welcome

• Pets not allowed

• No smoking

• Check-in from 4:00 pm

• Check-out by 11:00 am

• Early check-in and late check-out are available on request and subject to an additional fee.

Payment schedule

• Credit card payment is accepted

• 50% of the total amount is charged at the time of booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before arrival.

Cancellation policy

• Cancellation at least 14 days before arrival: any amounts paid will be refunded free of charge.

• Cancellation from 14 days before arrival up to and including the arrival date: 100% of the booking value remains due.

• For cancellations between 14 and 7 days before the arrival date, it is possible to reschedule free of charge (for the same price, or subject to an additional fee) to another date. This option is subject to the landlord’s approval and availability at the time of request.

• A security deposit of €300 will be pre-authorised/held 1 day before arrival and released on the 7th day after departure, provided no damage is found.
